Sequoia Healthcare District is governed by a five-member board of directors elected to four-year terms.

The board of directors meets regularly the first Wednesday of even-numbered months (February, April, etc.). Special meetings are scheduled as needed.

Meetings are held at the District Offices, 525 Veterans Boulevard, Redwood City, CA 94063.

Meeting time is 4:30 pm unless otherwise noted in the agenda. Future agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
