West Bay Sanitary District is governed by a five-member board of directors elected to four-year terms.

The board of directors meets regularly the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. Additional special meetings may be called.

All meetings are held at the District Offices, 500 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, CA 94025.

Meeting time is 7:00 pm unless otherwise noted in the agenda. Future agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
